Patrick's background
Patrick's childhood was a relatively normal one despite having to move several times (12) with his family. At 17, Patrick was very dissatisfied with the results he was getting in his own life, facing conflicts with his friends, his parents, his schoolteachers and his hockey coach. Being very skinny, he did not like himself much. A particular incident plus the fact that he felt so bad about himself lead him to contemplate taking his own life. After some thinking, he came to the conclusion that the only constant factor in his relationship problems was HIM. So he decided to change his attitude. He began to develop a passion towards people who were experiencing success in their lives. What made them think and act differently than others? But, by the age of 25, he had started up five businesses in such diverse areas as vending machines, ice cream, and real estate.

The work he was doing was not in harmony with his values which are living a balanced life, freedom, love, respect and personnal development. After attending a public seminar by American speaker, Anthony Robbins, he decided to pursue his dream of becoming a professional speaker and inspire people to go from comfort to commitment ! He said to himself: "If Tony Robbins was able to succeed despite his young age, so can I !" But first, he had to overcome a huge obstacle, his biggest fear. The fear of public speaking... |
