General information

All teleseminars begin at 14:00 and will finish around 15.15 (+ / - 10 minutes) ;

The phone number and access codes will be send to you by e-mail 2 days before the event ;

To block your microphone you will have to hit 6 when the manager of the conference asked. Besides, there is no basis to be used at the conference ;

All questions that you wish to submit during the question period must be sent by email to exceed 2 days before the event. This procedure is in place in order to respect the teleseminar duration ;

An unlimited number of participants can listen on the same line, with teleseminar access which is provided to you with your subscription ;

A teleseminar : how does it work ? It's simple and easy !

As of the date of teleseminar, 2 minutes before the start, dial toll-free number and your access code, which will be sent 2 days prior to the event. You can call any phone "touch-tone", but if you have a speakerphone, your colleagues may also attend teleseminar free ;

Follow the summary of Patrick teleseminar that you have sent in advance by e-mail. If you have any questions, you can ask them during the session. Patrick will give you guidance on how to use your phone, but I promise you that everything is very simple! ;

In summary, it is a simple phone call. Your investment is only $ 77 and as many persons as you want can join you during the call. The investment is via telephone line, so do not give your PIN to your colleagues. They should listen to the teleseminar on the same line as you.
